What this site does with your data.

This page describes data handling for this website, the demonstration room, the planner and the browser verifier. Customer deployments need their own agreed data-handling terms.

Cookies: None are set.
Third parties: This page’s scripts, fonts and images are served by this site. It makes no automatic third-party requests. The verifier runs in your browser. An external link takes you to the destination you choose; links to the technical standard are marked as opening a new window.
Analytics: No analytics script runs on this site. Requested addresses can contain a random room id or a prefilled workflow name. Those addresses can appear in browser history and ordinary server request logs; this page makes no promise about deployment-wide log retention or joining.
Starting a room: No account is needed and the room does not ask for your name or email. Opening the page, choosing a workflow or inspecting recorded evidence does not issue a permit. Choosing “Issue permit and start” asks the backend to create a demonstration room, seed a fictional record and issue the displayed permit scope for a scripted demonstration agent. A lost reply can leave the outcome unknown. The room id appears in addresses your browser requests and can appear in ordinary request logs.
Room closure and evidence: A room becomes eligible to close eight minutes after creation if it has no decisions, or after thirty minutes without a room request. Views and bundle downloads reset only the request-inactivity clock. Busy operations finish before cleanup. Signed demonstration evidence persists separately in the backend evidence store. Session closure and these deadlines do not promise evidence deletion or retention.
The workflow planner: Submitting the form sends its contents to this site to generate and return a PDF. No email or account is required. A workflow name used to open a prefilled draft can appear in the page URL, browser history and request logs. Do not enter personal or confidential information. The reference printed on the PDF is a random document label, not an online lookup. If you contact us, you can attach the brief itself.
Theme: If you choose light or dark, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage only.
Email: If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer it.
